The MarketingExcellenceScan presents a clear understanding of the status and possibilities to improve your commercial process. The scan tests your sales- and marketing process both on a strategic and operational level.
The MarketingExcellenceScan consists of a questionaire with about 85 questions. Some questions ask for some administrative digging, other questions deal with your commercial insight and procedure. The MarketingExcellenceScan can be done on the internet; it takes about 20 minutes. As soon as you have finished, you can refer to the results. You will see your scores compared to the average of other companies and the ‘Best in Class’.

What you have to do
In order to be able to present you with a sound comparison between you and your fellow trade companions, we only ask you to register. If you already have a STEM-account, you can immediately start the MarketingExcellenceScan.
First you’ll start with a few in depth questions about your organization. In this way we’ll be able to offer you a high quality benchmark. Subsequently you start the MarketingExcellenceScan. You can stop at any given moment and continue at a later time. You’ll get a tailor-made advice based on these results. That’s why it is important that you’ll answer the questions as realistically as possible.
After finishing the MarketingExcellenceScan you can print the data and discuss them internally. It is always possible to have an additional look at the results after a few months. You can always access your data with your personal login and password. You will of course notice that the Benchmark and Best in Class will have moved to a different position. The score of the Benchmark and Best in class is always based on the actual number of submitted scans for your branch of trade.
